RAMSTEIN: President Bill Clinton, who is visiting Germany, played the
saxophone for American soldiers at a US air base in Ramstein yesterday.
His brief performance with a jazz band drew loud applause from many of
the 7000 armed forces and civilian staff who had listened to his speech.
Clinton resisted an earlier invitation to play a sax in front of German
Chancellor Helmut Kohl's house.
