Boy charged with weapon offence after Southend town centre arrest
A TEENAGER has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon after he was arrested outside Southend’s Citizens Advice Bureau.
Police officers patrolling the town on Friday arrested a 16-year-old boy in Church Road.
The boy, from Southend, has been bailed to appear at Southend Youth Court on May 28.
