THE younger brother of X Factor star Lauren Platt is set to follow in her footsteps after wowing more talent judges with his impressive dance moves.

Lewis Platt, 13, from Billericay, took to the Britain’s Got Talent stage as part of dance troupe Entity Allstars.

Lewis encouraged the group, made up of 20 dancers aged between 10 and 15, to apply for the ITV show after he supported sister Lauren, 17, during the X Factor final.

Simon Cowell was so impressed with the backing dancer’s performance, he invited him to sign up to Britain’s Got Talent – and the music mogul looked delighted when Lewis turned up to audition.

Essex-based Entity Allstars, who train for up to 28 hours a week, danced and flipped their way through a medley of Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and Misteeq – which saw judge Alesha Dixon use her golden buzzer to automatically put them through to the live finals.

Lewis said: “I was lucky enough to dance with Lauren on the live shows, so I went backand said to the team, ‘let’s do it’.”

Lauren, a former Billericay School pupil, came fourth in last year’s X Factor and is nowworking hard to forge a career in the music industry.

Following Lewis’s success on Saturday night’s Britain’s Got Talent, she said: “I’m the proudest sister in the whole world.”

Entity Allstars, which formed two years ago, received high praise from the judging panel, with comedian David Walliams saying: “You are world class.”

The group will go head-tohead with fellow Essex dancers India Cooney, 12, from Wickford, and Alice Routledge, 14, from Basildon.

The girls, who both attend Gable Hall Performing Arts School, in Corringham, are part of street dance crew IMD Legion and received a standing ovation when they auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent at the end of last month.
