Broken down vehicle blocks A127
A broken down vehicle blocked the A127 for an hour and a half during rush hour.
The Londonbound carriageway of Prince Avenue was blocked by the vehicle just before the Tesco Roundabout at about 8am and not cleared until 9.30am.
