Youngsters playing on the rail track have caused disruption this morning
YOUTHS playing on a railway line caused disruption to services between Southend East and Thorpe Bay this morning.
The incident happened shortly before 9am and affected a c2c service travelling between London and Shoeburyness, causing it to be delayed for five minutes.
There was no further disruption to trains.
