DOMINIC Iorfa has signed a new contact at Championship side Wolves.
The Southend 20-year-old has enjoyed a rapid rise to fame since making his debut for Wanderers just under a year ago.
The defender, whose new deal runs until 2019, has established himself in the Wolves first team and won his first England Under-21 caps.
Iorfa told the club's website: “I’m happy with the deal but I’m staying grounded, I still want to do well for the club and keep improving as a player.
“The fact the club have been pleased with what I’ve done and wanted to offer me another contract is really good.
“From where I was at this time 12 months ago, to where I am now with the amount of games I’ve played for Wolves and being in the England set up. I’m just really happy and I’m looking to kick on from here.”
Iorfa was on the books of Southend United and attended St Thomas More High School in Westcliff.
