All have appeared in south Essex magistrates courts:

CHRISTOPHER Massey, 45, of Brightwell Avenue, Westcliff, admitted harassing Clare Massey by sending her numerous emails.

He admitted the offence, which took place between February 10 and March 4.

Magistrates fined him £200 and ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

MIESZKO Jaromi, 36, of Station Avenue, Southend, was found guilty of telling a police officer that he would kill Maiti Jaromi.

The offence took place on October 30 last year in Rayleigh.

He denied the charge but was found guilty following a trial at magistrates court.

Magistrates fined him £50, ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NATHAN Brown, 40, of Jena Close, Shoebury, was fined £80 for not stopping at a red traffic light.

He admitted failing to abide by the signal at the junction with Cranleigh Drive and Elmsleigh Drive, Leigh, on September 1, 2014.

His driving licence was endorsed with three points and he was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

ROBERT Kelly, 47, of Southchurch Road, Southend, was handed a suspended prison sentence for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

He was found guilty of threatening Matt Baker, causing him to fear that violence would be used against him, on December 21.

He was committed to prison for 28 days, suspended for 12 months.

He was also ordered to complete a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement.

JOANNE Eva, 45, of Coleman Street, Southend, was fined for not attending four appointments after she was handed a community order by the magistrates courts.

She admitted the breach and was fined £50 and ordered to pay £50 court costs.

MATTHEW Robinson, 24, of The Fairway, Benfleet, admitted driving a car with an unreadable licence plate.

He was charged with driving a Ford Focus along the A13 at Purfleet on June 5 last year with incorrect spacings on the plate, which did not conform with appropriate regulations.

Magistrates fined her £80, ordered her to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MARIAN Rosario, 66, of Wimbish End, Basildon, was fined £40 for driving with an expired licence.

She admitted driving a Nissan car on South Riding in Basildon on September 3 last year otherwise than in accordance with her licence.

She was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
