Firefighters tackle fire in Canvey kitchen
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in a kitchen on Canvey.
Two fire crews from Canvey were called to the scene in North Avenue, at about 8.20pm yesterday.
The house was heavily smoke logged and firefighters used two hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze by 8.45pm.
