Man fined for sending abusive text messages
A MAN was fined £50 for sending abusive text messages.
Robert Fuller, 47, of Whittingham Avenue, Southend, sent the messages to a woman between November 27 and January 29.
He admitted the offence at Southend Magistrates’ Court and was also ordered to pay £40 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
