Fire which destroyed row of outbuildings being treated as arson
A FIRE that destroyed a row of outbuildings is being treated as arson.
The blaze broke out Leonard Road, Westcliff, at about 12.45am on Monday.
At least 16 emergency services vehicles were called to deal with the fire, but nobody was injured.
An investigation found mattresses had been set alight in between two of the buildings.
Anyone with information should call Essex Police on 101.
