Dance students are celebrating after a series of top honours for the academy topped off with an invitation to dance at Disneyland Paris.
The children at Morgan Academy of Performing Arts, in Leigh, were thrilled when they achieved 100 per cent distinction for their Royal Academy of Dance Ballet exams.
Luisa Nicolaou and Caitlen Bauld won Gold at the Grand Finals of the British Arts in London and Caitlen also won the Overall Winner for the highest marks in her 3 dances and Miley Turnbull won Bronze.
On July 2 at the Cliffs Pavilion, 37 pupils will take part in the extravaganza called Take to the Stage. In October, for Halloween, the students have been invited to Disneyland, Paris to perform.
Academy director Vanda Morgan said: “Last time we received a standing ovation so we are hoping to just as well this time around.”
