A LITTLE boy who is bravely battling brain and spinal tumours has been told his tumours are currently “stable”.
Tyler Witherall, seven, of Bowers Road, Benfleet, has been fighting the disease since he was five but his family were told in January his condition was terminal.
But although this remains the case, his family have been told the tumours have not grown.
His grandmother, Dawn Witherall, said: “This is the first positive thing we have heard since January. He is still terminal but we might get some more time with him.
“We have already heard the worst but now they have said the tumours have not grown.
“He’s even going back to school at the Holy Family Primary School for one day a week next term.” Search Tyler’s Battle on Facebook.
