A TEAM of paramedics and their friends have completed the Tough Mudder obstacle course for two charities.
The group, which has completed the challenge five times, will split the money between Southend Cystic Fibrosis Association and Cancer Research UK.
Paramedic Paul Warwick, from the Southend ambulance station, said: “We trained hard to complete the tough course, including various runs and gym sessions. The weekend away was a great social event and we get a great sense of achievement completing the course as a team as no one gets left behind.”
