THREE stars of stage, screen and TV are sharing the limelight in the latest production at the Palace Theatre, Westcliff.
The national tour of pyschological thriller, Deadlock, reached the London Road theatre last night and runs until Saturday, July 14.
Acclaimed stage and screen actor Simon Ward - best known for his role as Winston Churchill in the movie Young Winston and from TV's All Creatures Great and Small - plays the lead, as Robert Marlowe.
Karen Drury - Susannah Morrisey in Brookside for nine years - and Richard Driscoll, who played the Rev Alex Healy in EastEnders, are also in the cast.
Deadlock is written by playwright, actor and director Peter Benedict and is described as a darkly funny play in the tradition of Sleuth.
