Jim O'NEILL With great sadness we announce the passing of Jim O'Neill on 16th June 2017. Jim was the Husband of Margaret O'Neill and the Father of Maureen O'Neill. His funeral will be held on Friday June 30th at 9:15am at St. Helen's Church, 27 Milton Road, Westcliff followed by a burial service at Sutton Road Cemetery, Sutton Road, Southend.
