Revolution staff team - have raised money for Southend Hospital
A NEW bar in Southend has raised more than £2,500 for Southend Hospital.
To celebrate the opening of Revolution, which opened its doors in Queens Road in April, the team wanted to give something back to the community by taking part in a hair-raising skydive.
A message posted on Facebook by Southend Hospital reads: “Our huge thanks to Revolution Southend for raising a fantastic £2,521 from their team sky-dive.
“The money will benefit our new For Wards Appeal, we are so grateful.
“Thank you for your bravery everyone!”
The appeal aims to raise £500,000 for 20 projects across 20 different areas of Southend Hospital.
