Three teenagers were among a group arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.
Essex Police officers executed a search warrant at an address in Brightwell Avenue, Westcliff, on Friday August 18, and seized a quantity of suspected drugs.
Two boys aged 15 and 17, and two men aged 18 and 25 - all from Westcliff – were arrested and have since been released under investigation.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
Superintendent Kevin Baldwin said: “We do not tolerate drug dealing and will take action against anyone believed to be involved.
“We also rely on information from the public and urge people to contact us or Crimestoppers if they have any concerns about drug offences being committed in their neighbourhood.”
