Lord Sugar's popular, cut-throat reality show is back on television and one of the potential 'Apprentices' is an entrepenuer from Essex.
Ross Fretten, a 29-year-old Digital Product Consultant from Chelmsford, is part of the new line-up entering the formidable boardroom, and he plans to sit back and let people "dig their own graves" before burying them in the boardroom.
Fretten says: "I'm usually the smartest person in any room and I'll make sure people know that."
Fretten does not have a role model, preferring to trust his own judgement and forge his own path rather than following in the footsteps of others.
He will be joing 17 other candidates in the battle to win Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment.
The 13th series of The Apprentice will air its first episode at 9pm on Wednesday October 4.
