A man from Rayleigh has been convicted of a string of sex offences against young boys.
Glen Bartlett was arrested in October 2015 after police received allegations of non-recent child abuse.
The offences relate to two boys under the age of 16 over the period of a decade dating back to the late 1970s and into the 1980s.
On Saturday, Bartlett, 60, of Downhall Park Way, Rayleigh, was charged with 10 counts of serious sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault on a boy aged under 16.
At Norwich Crown Court on Wednesday, September 27, he was found guilty of all the charges.
He has been remanded in custody is due to be sentenced at the same court on November 10.
