ROCHFORD Hundred will be aiming to continue their unbeaten start to London Two North East season when they host Cantabrigian this weekend.

Table-topping Rochford have kicked off the new campaign with three successive wins and had already scored 196 points.

But back row Luke Court-Rhind is determined to keep the good run going.

“The season has been going well so far but we have to maintain it,” said Court-Rhind.

“We keep growing as a team and we’re learning from our mistakes.

“We’re trying new things and I’m really enjoying it.

“There are a lot of people putting in the work on and off the field so there’s a really great atmosphere around the club and we’re all looking forward to another game this weekend.”

Cantabrigian head into the game sitting ninth in the table with just one win from their three games.

But Court-Rhind will be taking nothing for granted.

“This weekend is going to be just like any other for us and I’m sure it will be a difficult game,” said Court-Rhind.

“They will be targeting us as we’re top of the table so we’ll have to nail our individual roles and bring the same intensity as we have in our first three games.”

That would see Rochford make it four wins in a row.

And Court-Rhind is confident of securing even more success in the months ahead.

“My hopes for this season are very high, but I know they are achievable,” said Court-Rhind.

“This is going to be a season to remember.”
