A Wickford schoolgirl has made it through to the final of a new talent show at Adventure Island.

Isabelle Jones, nine, won the hearts of the judges at Adventure Island’s Got Talent with her tap dancing routine after she signed up to the competition with an online video application.

She will be competing against contestants of all ages.

Isabelle said: “I’m very excited to be in the final”

Isabelle has been attending talents theatre school in Wickford since she was two-years-old.

Linda Adams, her dance teacher said: “I’ve had the pleasure of teaching Isabelle from the age of two, where she was a shy, reserved toddler.

“I feel so proud of the young girl she’s become and to watch her grow in confidence and ability makes my job so worthwhile. Isabelle has a strong passion for dance and the deter to improve week on week. Wishing her lots of luck for Saturday.”

Isabelle will head down to Adventure Island in the morning for her sound check and rehearsal before she’s given a free wristband to enjoy the rides all day. Her family and friends from Hilltop Junior School and Talents Theatre School will be watching her in the final, which takes place at Adventure Island at 5pm.
