A PRE-SCHOOL is celebrating after receiving an outstanding rating in its latest Ofsted inspection.
Fairways Pre-school Playgroup, in the Fairway, Leigh, has received a glowing report in its latest inspection by the education watchdog.
The key findings state: “Staff are exceptionally patient and caring.
“Children’s behaviour is excellent and staff establish successful consistent boundaries and routines that help children to feel safe and secure.”
Kate Knott, manager at the school, said: “We have worked hard at providing a complete outdoor classroom in our outside area, our hard work was recognised.
“Children explore with great fascination the exceptionally imaginatively designed garden with its seaside theme and extensive resources.”
The school was previously rated as “Good” in 2013.
