Three people taken to hospital after crash
Three people have been injured after a crash that happened on Canvey this morning.
The crash happened at around 7.20am at the junction of Meppel Avenue and Somnes Avenue.
Ambulances arrived at the scene quickly after reports of the crash involving a car and a motorbike.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service, said: "The East of England Ambulance Service received an emergency 999 call to the junction of Meppel Avenue and Somnes Avenue in Canvey Island this morning at 7.20am after reports of an crash involving a car and a motorbike.
"Two ambulances were sent who treated three patients at scene, both ambulances conveyed patients to Southend Hospital."
