A car and a dog have been stolen from a home in Pitsea.
Police are appealing for information after reports that a car had been stolen from a home near to Ashlyns, Pitsea.
Reports say that the theft took place between 11pm on November 19 and 4.15am this morning.
The victim was asleep while their car keys as well as their black Staffordshire bull terrier went missing.
The victim's car was found later this morning in Danbury Down, however, the dog is still missing.
Police would like to know any information about the incident or if anyone has a dog matching the description.
