South Essex is filled with a number of amazing landmarks.

From the ruins of Hadleigh Castle, to Southend Pier, from beach huts to the beaches, there is no limit to the number of places that make our area what it is.

And our photographers from our camera club have really shown how special our area is with these fantastic shots.

The Echo’s camera club, a group on Facebook, is open to any and all photographers who can share photos of whatever they wish around south Essex.

It isn’t just landmarks that are photographed, but a range of moons, wildlife and sunsets.

Photographer and member of the group, Graham Mee, said: “I am the group leader of the South East Essex RSPB Local Group and I am a keen amateur wildlife photographer.

“It is so great to see our local wildlife captured by other people on the Echo Photography Group.

“Southend is extremely rich in wildlife and produces many bird spectaculars at this time of year.

“It is wonderful to see through their shared photographs other people appreciating this as well.”

To find the group, search “Echo Camera Club South Essex” on Facebook. There is no limitation on who can join or how photos you can post in. We will also be running competition with the chance to have photos featured on the Echo and the Facebook page.
