As you can see from our pictures, the stores lay out is hugely spacious, with plenty of space for loaded trolleys to manoeuvre around opening day chaos.
Store manager, Steve Bishop, said: “The new team have been working really hard to get the store ready for opening day.
“We can’t wait to get the doors open on Thursday and show customers their new B&M Basildon.”

In addition to opening the new store, the representatives also received £250 worth of B&M vouchers as a thank you for taking part and for all their hard work in the local area.
The store manager, Steve Bishop, said: “The team from St Luke’s Hospice really stood out for us as they go the extra mile for local community, we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work they do.
“We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”

The store will open at 9am tomorrow.
