Robert John BLISS Robert John Bliss, 85, of Hadleigh, Essex Peacefully passed away on the 4th of February 2018 at Southend University Hospital. As per Bob's request there will be no funeral service; flowers or a memorial service. Instead he requested that any memorial donations in this respect be made to Little Havens of 47 Second Avenue, Westcliff on Sea, Essex SS0 8HX.
