Emergency services on scene of two car crash
Two cars have crashed at the top of Hamlet Court Road, Southend, close to the junction with West Road and Wenham Drive.
All the emergency services are on scene and fire crews are cutting someone out of a vehicle.
The East of England Ambulance Service said: "Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle went to the scene to treat two patients, one with chest pains.
"They were both taken to Southend Hospital for further treatment."
