STUDENTS from Westcliff High School for Boys will be performing in August at this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
A group of 15 students from Years Seven to 13, aged between 11 and 18, will be performing a newly-written piece of theatre entitled Waiting for Ofsted, a response to Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot.
Ben Jeffreys, head of drama at Westcliff High School for Boys, said: “To be able to offer these boys and girls the chance to perform at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe gives them a valuable life experience hey will not forget.
“I am certain that they will do both themselves and the School extremely proud.” Book at tickets.edfringe.com/whats-on/waiting-for-ofsted
