Comedian, actress and writer Abbie Murphy returns to the Edinburgh Fringe this year, with not one, but two shows.

Her first one woman show for the Edinburgh fringe 2014, ‘Girl On Fire’ won ‘Best Act’ at Camden solo festival, and her second hit show ‘Have A Word’ was a finalist in the Amused Moose Comedy Awards 2015.

Essex girl Abbie, from Bicknacre, returns to the Fringe this year, with not one, but two shows: In her usual deadpan style ‘Eat Sleep S**t Shag’ retraces Murphy’s steps, which took her from corduroys and football shirts to a professional dance career.

Told with her unique charm and observation, tales of a childhood spent in suburban Essex will merge with a professional dance career, and life now as an ex-showgirl.

Increasingly aware of her mortality, and the rate of change in the world, Abbie tries to figure out her next move is in a bid to reach the enviable state of contentment. Observational comedy, relatable for the many and not for the few.

A Feminist shopping network, producing modern products for modern women. Meet those they ride the highs and weather the lows with, from cooky English relatives, the wrong crowd in LA, to their mentors in rehab. As dark secrets from the past arise, how far will these friends go to stay at the top?
