TWO dogs received an electric shock after entering a pond, police said.
Sussex Police cordoned off Brooklands Golf Course in Worthing on Saturday (August 11) afternoon.
The dogs are in a stable condition.
A spokesman said: "The area around Brooklands Par 3 Golf Course in Worthing has been made safe by partner agencies and has been reopened, 4.30pm on 11 August.
"The dogs affected are reported to be in a stable condition.
"Thank you to everyone for your patience."
The area has now been re-opened.
Officers are working with Adur and Worthing councils to deal with the matter.
UK Power Networks was informed by the authorities.
