BRAVELY baring his chest, Terry Smith helps raise money for a charity by having a full body wax.

Terry, 18, wanted to raise funds for Marie Curie after his aunt Trisha Ireland died of cancer last August. The chef, who is training at South East Essex College and works at the Anchora restaurant in Hadleigh, took time out to let fellow college students wax him in their beauty salon.

Terry, who lives in Briar Close, Hawkwell, said: "There's jokes going round work and college with people saying you're going to be in a lot of pain' and you're going to cry'.

"The only thing they aren't taking away from me is my hair. "

Does 'full body wax' mean what I think it means? No wonder the ladies are smiling.
