Man rescued from capsized boat

A 64-year-old man was rescued from a capsized dinghy off Thorpe Bay.
Southend lifeboat crew was called about 3pm yesterday (Thursday), after the 14ft boat capsized in windy conditions.
The sailor was treated by paramedics and the boat recovered.
