TWO classic car fans are three weeks into their coast-to-coast trip of America for charity.
Mick Kemp and his son, also called Mick, are in Goodland, Kansas, as part of the Model T Ford run.
The father and son, from Billericay, spent more than 600 hours restoring their 1925 van, called Crusty Loaf.
Mr Kemp Jnr, 52, is the main driver for the New York to Seattle trip, with his dad, 79, joining him for the last part. The team, with co-drivers Austin Bromley and Peter McAlister, started the rally on June 12.
The Kemps are raising cash for Westcliff-based Lady McAdden Breast Unit and its Go for Bust Digital Imaging Appeal to raise £250,000 for a digital mammography machine.
