A GARDEN for all seasons has been created for elderly patients in Billericay.
The patient garden at Mountnessing Court, in Mountnessing Road, was completely revamped during a six-month makeover.
Residents will be able to enjoy the wide variety of plants in the sensory garden whatever the weather or season.
It has been designed with disabled people and people who suffer from memory loss in mind.
The opening ceremony on Saturday saw a special barbeque, craft stalls, a tombola, cake stall and raffle to mark the occasion.
Dee Susan, ward manager at Mountnessing Court, said: “Everything went really well. Patients have always liked the garden, so we rebuilt it to make somewhere you can look at through the window or go into all year round.”
