Boiler triggers fire in Billericay kitchen

FIREFIGHTERS were called when a boiler triggered a fire in an airing cupboard.
Crews from Basildon and Billericay stations were called to the blaze, which spread to the whole kitchen, about 6.20pm today in The Chase, Billericay.
They put out the flames by 6.40pm and ventilated the property of smoke before leaving.
