A MAN was stuck with his hand trapped in a piece of machinery for 35 minutes.
Firefighters were called to help free the worker at Kestrals Printing, on Temple Farm industrial estate in Southend at 11.15pm yesterday.
The man was trapped by one of his fingers and crews used a crow bar and tools to take the machine apart to release him.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
