Elderly man has car stolen twice in two years

AN 88-year-old man had his car stolen for the second time in under two years.
The red Austin Metro was stolen from Finchley Road in Westcliff overnight between 6pm on Tuesday March 9 and 6am the following day. The car, with the registration F291 LOO, is worth about £200.
