A FLASHER exposed himself to a shocked teenager in the early hours of the evening.
The man struck in the Rundels, Thundersley, to a young girl at about 7.15am on March 11 without speaking.
Police are now trying to trace the man who is white, about 55 years old and 5ft 11 ins tall. He was slim, clean-shaven, and was wearing smart black trousers, a black anorak, a black belt, and a black woolly hat.
