Two Croydon schools received new additions to their art collection last week when they were presented with framed paintings by Sainsburys.
Pupils and their teachers from Woodside Junior School and Thomas Beckett Roman Catholic School each accepted four framed prints of work by famous artists at the Purley Way supermarket on Tuesday, January 30. The presentation was part of the supermarkets national initiative, the Sainsburys pictures for schools scheme, which is now in its seventh year.
