Firefighters battle field fire in Grays

AROUND 30 firefighters were called to tackle a wild fire in Grays.
Crews were called to the blaze at around 2.50pm on Saturday near to Gobions Park in East Tilbury.
The fire affected around two hectares of standing crops and woodlands.

If it takes 30 Fireman from all over Essex then we must have had dangerous shortages in other areas.
Not good if your family is trapped inside a burning building OR worst of all if it was a multi storey block of flats.
