MORE than 2,000 people across the globe have pledged their support to traveller families facing eviction from Dale Farm.
Hundreds of human rights activists have signed up to dig in at the site and occupy a makeshift protest camp near the illegal site in Oak Lane to try to stave off an eviction attempt.
It comes as it emerges Essex Police is becoming more confident the Home Office will help fund its up to £10million cost of policing the eviction.
