Police beef up patrols after spate of car crime

POLICE are beefing up patrols in Wickford following a spate of car crime.
Since the start of January 13 cars have been vandalised across the town.
The damage has so far totalled £5,460.
Police have now stepped up their presence on Wickford streets.

That thread seems to have vanished now, yet
one about Dale Farm
from LAST year,
is suddenly listed in the
" most popular".
And, guess what, it's all anti-traveller comment, with the thread declared locked!
So, it looks like the office junior and cleaners
removed a "live" article that described and praised the Essex police in action,
yet
dug up some old, locked, thread about Dale Farm from last year!
What next, "Man lands on Moon" or
"Elvis is dead"?
Btw, the mush who wrote a fairlky reasonable article about "greenbelt" law etc,
failed to say anything about the big iron gate that len and co built on travellers' land near the old scrapyard.
He also failed to point out that some of the concrete at Oak Lane is near forty years old!
How do planning and "greenbelt"!
it would be no surprise for the Echo to come out with some breaking report tomorrow about Dale Farm house having its foundations built and how the builders are expecting to get the roof on before Christmas.

13 cars = £5,460 last time I drove through wickford the most expensive car only look to be worth £200
