Car and motorbike collide in Basildon

MOTORISTS faced delays getting in and out of Basildon following a crash between a car and a motorbike.
The crash happened just off the A127 on the junction with the A176 Upper Mayne.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision shortly before 4pm.
A man in his 30s required treatment from paramedics at the scene, but his injuries are believed to be minor.
