Water leak in Westcliff (From Echo)

A WATER leak closed a road in Westcliff.

A section of Britannia Road was closed by police after a leak near electricity boxes.

The fire brigade, water board and electrical firm engineers attended the scene.

Half a dozen people were evacuated from nearby properties including a block of flats.
