A13 crash delays commuters

A two-vehicle collision is delaying commuters on the A13 this morning.
Traffic on the A13 eastbound between the A176 Nether Mayne and A132 South Mayne is delayed by about five minutes after an accident at about 7.30am.
One lane is blocked and traffic is moving slowly between the Five Bells Interchange and Pitsea Flyover.
