Family escape bungalow blaze on Canvey

A FAMILY have been left temporarily homeless after their home was gutted by fire in the early hours of this morning, Thursday.
Firefighters from Canvey and Rayleigh Weir were called to Mayland Avenue at 3.30am where the flames already raging and had gone through the roof.
No one was hurt and the family had managed to get out of the house before fire crews arrived.
