Man charged following Benfleet drugs raid

A MAN has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs following a drugs raid in Benfleet.
Officers searched a house in Oak Walk and found cannabis plants inside.
It happened at about 7am yesterday when a man and a woman, both aged 45, were arrested.
The woman received a police caution and the man, who is from
Benfleet, was charged and released on bail to appear at Southend Magistrates Court on October 22.
