There are TWO men mentioned in this article, and the police obviously do know their names, but are choosing, in the case of the 18 year old, not to release it to the Echo, and in the case of the 16 year old boy, he is still a juvenile and therefore only in very exceptional circumstances will his name be released.

It describes the man as being White. Why is it then that when the suspect is Black or Asian they do not say so?
