THE Only Way Is Essex star Ricky Rayment’s new bar is taking shape in Rayleigh.

The bar, which is a joint venture between Ricky and brother-in-law Danny Salmon, is expected to open in Eastwood Road on November 30.

Called Bar Blanco, it has replaced the Home Furniture Boutique shop, will create up to 25 full and part-time jobs.

Builders have been on site for weeks and the building has now been soundproofed and VIP booths created.

Danny said they were on target to open by the end of next month. He said: “We have done a complete soundproofing which was a big issue for us.

“The bar is being done by a top designer in Maidstone and there are lots of different features. Rayleigh will never have seen anything like this.”
